Our services are provided for access and use both within Japan and globally. Other conditions shall be designated separately by b-cause. By perusing or using our website, you are agreeing to these terms of use, and use of this website shall be in accordance to these terms of use and other rules stipulated separately by b-cause. The user takes all responsibility for any information transmitted to b-cause via this website, and said information shall not harass or harm b-cause. In regards to using this website, should the user harass or harm b-cause or other users in any way, or should the user cause a dispute between another user and a third party, said user shall bear all responsibility and costs in resolving said problems, harm, or dispute, and shall not harass or harm b-cause in any way. |

Prices on this website |

The prices for each service shown on this website are prices as they were initially displayed. Prices may differ from when you actually request our services. Should they differ, the price at the time you request our services shall take precedence. Please understand that prices may fluctuate with the nature of the services we handle. Should the price drop between the displayed price at the time you requested our services and the price displayed in our order confirmation email (and not an automatic email), then the price after the price drop shall be accepted. Further, should the displayed price from the time of the request increase, then the price at the time of the request before the price increase shall be accepted.
All prices displayed for our services do not include tax. Confirm the final service price in the order confirmation email from b-cause. Should there be an error in the displayed price, we will immediately contact you by email or other means with the correct sales price (settlement price). In this situation, you will be asked to pay the final price (settlement price) shown in our email, regardless of what any automatic emails before or after said event may show. We cannot accept any requests for discounts once the order confirmation email (total settlement price and delivery time) has been sent. |

Placing your order |

Your order shall be considered placed when both sides confirm their intention to conduct business. We shall consider said order placed when you display your intention to order through our order form, email, telephone, fax, or other means, and b-cause submits a final order confirmation email in reply. Please confirm the following as well. We shall consider you to have agreed to these terms when your order is in the confirmation stage. |

Corrections to the translation after delivery |
|
| |
You may request corrections to any translation or other service that you have purchased if you are not completely satisfied with the quality. However, the following conditions regarding your request for correction shall apply. |
|

|
|
| |
1. Request for correction of style or other elements must be made within one (1) week of delivery. |
|
| |
2. Should it be determined that it is a complete mistranslation, we will accept requests for corrections within one (1) month of delivery. |
|
| |
3. A separate charge will apply for corrections corresponding to changes in the original text. |
|
| |
Once again, please confirm the below. Be aware that we will not accept requests for corrections after one month.

Cancelation |
|
| |
Should you desire to cancel your translation request, you will be asked to pay for whatever translation work has taken place until the point of cancelation.
*The cancellation fee will be calculated as the proportion of the total amount of translation versus the amount translated at the time of cancelation. |

Liability |
|
| |
B-cause strives to deliver only the absolute best in services, but should the service provided by b-cause result in harm on the user's side, b-cause will compensate for the harm caused.
However, the amount of compensation shall not exceed the amount of the order. B-cause bears no responsibility whatsoever for amounts over the order amount. |

Governing laws |

Japanese law shall govern the interpretation and application of these terms of use. |
